We provide rapid shipping - most orders ship same day. Most shipments depart from our own warehouse locations. Some shipments depending on customer location may be delivered from a fulfillment center directly.

We deliver to physical addresses in all provinces and territories. 

Change of Address

We cannot change the address after the order is processed. 

Local Delivery

If you are local to the Ottawa region, we will deliver from our warehouses directly to you. This means you can receive parts as soon as 1-2 hours.

Free Shipping Exclusions

Unfortunately with the ever-changing landscape of transportation, we cannot confirm free freight for some scenarios. Some limitations include size, weight and shipping location. 

Extended Areas

Some postal codes may have an extended area associated with the location. We offer different couriers to help aid the reduction of extended areas. Some extended areas may have a surcharge.

PO Box

P.O. Boxes can only be delivered by Canada Post. Some rates depending on packages may be very high with Canada Post. 

Large Items

Some large items, like 37" tires, may incur high shipping rate due to size and/or weight. Our team will work as hard as possible to receive the best quotes. Our customer care team will contact you with the next options.

How Fast Do We Ship?

Most auto parts ship very rapidly. Some wheels and tires are slower. All of our delivery timelines are listed on product pages via which warehouse they will be fulfilled. All estimated delivery times vary by customer location and which fulfillment center will be fulfilling goods.
